I've been struggling with morning procrastination for years, but my new remote job requires me to be sharp and focused from the start of the workday, so I'm determined to establish a truly productive morning routine. I've tried waking up early, but I usually just end up scrolling on my phone, and my intention to exercise or meditate never seems to stick.
