I've been struggling with morning procrastination for years, but my new remote job requires me to be sharp and focused from the start of the workday, so I'm determined to establish a truly productive morning routine. I've tried waking up early, but I usually just end up scrolling on my phone, and my intention to exercise or meditate never seems to stick. For people who have successfully built and maintained a morning routine that sets a positive tone for the day, what were the key habits that made the biggest difference? How did you overcome the initial resistance and make the routine automatic, and what time did you find was optimal for waking up to allow for personal time without sacrificing necessary sleep?
