I'm a founder of an early-stage B2B SaaS startup, and after six months of soft launch with a handful of pilot customers, I'm struggling to determine if we've truly achieved product-market fit or if we're just seeing initial curiosity from a niche audience. We have some users who love the core functionality, but our retention metrics are inconsistent, and it's unclear whether we need to iterate on the product, pivot our target customer, or double down on sales and marketing to a broader segment.
