People keep telling me they can't hear me during calls. My phone microphone not working properly has become a real problem for work and personal calls. I've tried using headphones with a mic and that works, so it seems to be the built-in microphone. Any suggestions for troubleshooting phone microphone issues?

When phone microphone not working, check if it's during regular calls, speakerphone calls, or video calls. Different microphones are used for different modes. If speakerphone works but regular calls don't, it's likely the bottom microphone that's faulty. This is a common smartphone hardware malfunction.
