My phone battery is draining so fast now

It feels like overnight my phone's battery life just tanked. I used to get through a whole day easily, now I'm scrambling for a charger by lunchtime. I checked the battery usage and nothing obvious is taking up more power than usual. I haven't installed any new apps recently.
