Why does my game freeze at the final boss in the new expansion?

Hey, has anyone else had their game just completely freeze up during the final boss fight in the new expansion? It’s happened to me three times now at the exact same moment, and I’m not sure if it’s my setup or something on the server side. I’ve tried verifying the files, but the crash seems really specific.

In technical terms a repeat freeze at the same beat points to a race condition or a memory spike in that cutscene or effect load I would check for driver updates and look at crash logs if you have them

Maybe you are chasing a server problem but it could be a local state loop in the game when a specific animation starts and it locks the thread

I am not convinced this is a widespread server bug most folks run fine so either you have a quirky local issue or a rare bug that hides in a corner

If you have a spare drive or a different build you can try a quick test run with a minimal setup just to see if the freeze recurs, that might reveal whether its your rig or the patch
