Why am I spiraling after using a - symptom checker for a headache and fatigue?

I used a - symptom checker and now I'm worried || I typed my symptoms into a - symptom checker online and it gave me a list of possibilities, some of them pretty scary. I know I shouldn't trust the internet for medical advice but now I can't stop thinking about it. I have a headache and some fatigue, which could be anything from stress to something worse. I'm probably just overreacting but it's hard not to spiral.
