Which VR games have the most realistic NPC interactions?

One thing that really breaks immersion for me in VR is when NPCs feel like robots with canned responses. I'm always impressed when a game manages to create VR games with realistic NPCs that feel like they're actually reacting to you and the world around them.

Half-Life: Alyx did a pretty good job with this, especially with the Combine soldiers and the vortigaunts, but I'm curious about other titles. What VR games have you played where the NPC interactions felt genuinely realistic?

And what specific techniques do you think developers use to create more believable NPCs in VR? Is it about AI, animation, voice acting, or a combination of factors?
