Which TV shows were cancelled too soon and deserve a second chance?

It breaks my heart when I find a great show only to discover it was cancelled after one or two seasons. There are so many TV shows that were cancelled too soon that had so much potential.
"Pushing Daisies" is my go-to example. The visual style, the storytelling, everything about it was unique and wonderful. I also think "Firefly" obviously, but what about other shows that got better later in their run but didn't get the chance? What TV shows that found audience later do you wish had gotten more seasons?
Deadwood" was cancelled after three seasons and it's still one of the greatest tragedies in TV history. The dialogue was Shakespearean and the characters were so richly drawn. At least we got the movie to wrap things up, but it's not the same.
"Rome" on HBO was another one. The production costs were just too high, but the storytelling was incredible. These shows prove that sometimes the best TV shows are the ones that don't get to finish their stories properly.
My So-Called Life" only got one season but it captured teenage angst better than almost any show before or since. Claire Danes was incredible, and it dealt with issues that most teen shows wouldn't touch.
"Freaks and Geeks" is the obvious one, but it really does deserve mentioning. The fact that it launched so many careers just shows how much talent was involved. These are TV shows that were cancelled too soon that we're still talking about decades later.
Better Off Ted" was so smart and funny, but it only lasted two seasons. The corporate satire was ahead of its time, especially now with how much we talk about workplace culture.
"Party Down" had an incredible cast and such specific humor about struggling actors working catering jobs. It's found a bigger audience through streaming, which is great, but I wish it had gotten more seasons when it was originally airing.
The OA" on Netflix was cancelled after two seasons and it's one of the most unique shows I've ever seen. The storytelling was so ambitious and weird in the best way possible.
"Counterpart" with J.K. Simmons was this brilliant spy thriller with a sci-fi twist about parallel worlds. The performances were incredible and the concept was so well-executed. It's frustrating when shows this good don't find their audience in time.
Firefly" is the king of shows cancelled too soon, but "Almost Human" with Karl Urban was another great one. The buddy cop dynamic in a futuristic setting worked really well, but it got messed up by Fox airing episodes out of order.
"Dark Matter" was a fun space opera that got better as it went along, but was cancelled on a cliffhanger. These shows make me wish networks would give shows more time to find their audience instead of cancelling them so quickly.
