Where should I store bulk bins to keep my pantry organized?

So I’ve been trying to cut down on plastic packaging by buying more from the bulk bins, but I’m honestly stumped on the best way to store everything once I get home. I’ve been using a mix of old jars and containers, but my pantry is starting to look like a chaotic glassware collection and I’m not sure it’s actually any better.

I get the thrill of bulk bins and then home it can turn into a glass maze with lids that rattle and jars that drift into every corner of the pantry

An organized approach might help you see the value of bulk bins without turning your pantry into a glass archive. Group items by type in clear stackable jars and add simple labels with product and date and keep a small weekly list to track what to refill

Maybe the core idea is sound but the home version still feels like a fashion show for jars you rarely use and the clutter wins

What if the point is not a museum level pantry but the aim to cut waste and reduce trips to the store and a few heavy jars plus a couple of flexible bags could do the job

From a craft angle the pantry space itself shapes the story you are telling and you could try a minimalist setup with just a handful of jars and a single shelf to test the scene

Kanban is a simple idea you can borrow so that a jar becomes a card you move when you use the last scoop and you refill from a bulk bin when a space opens it keeps you moving without overstocking
