Where should i start troubleshooting game freezes after fast travel?

Hey, has anyone else had their game just completely freeze up right after a fast travel? It happened to me twice last night in the same spot, and the only fix was a hard reboot. I’m not sure if it’s my save file or something in that particular area causing the problem.
