What underrated fantasy series are streaming right now?

With so much fantasy content available, there must be some underrated fantasy series streaming that I've missed. What fantasy shows have you found that deserve more attention than they're getting? I'm looking for shows with great world-building and character development that maybe didn't have Game of Thrones level budgets. Any recommendations for underrated fantasy series streaming on any platform?
