What tools and data sources do you use for in-depth F1 race analysis?

I've been following Formula 1 closely for a few seasons now, and I'm trying to move beyond just watching the race highlights to doing a deeper race analysis. I understand basic concepts like tire strategy and DRS, but I struggle to interpret the more subtle data, like how fuel loads affect lap times in practice or how teams manage ERS deployment over a stint. For the more analytically minded fans, what tools or data sources do you use to break down a race weekend? How do you evaluate a driver's true performance when they're stuck in traffic, and what are the key indicators that a team's upgrade package is actually working versus just benefiting from track-specific characteristics?
