I've been using an Oura ring for a few months now to track my sleep, and the data is fascinating but also a bit overwhelming. The oura ring sleep tracking shows I get plenty of deep sleep but my resting heart rate is higher than I expected. I'm not sure if I should be trying to 'fix' something based on these numbers or if I'm just over-analyzing my own biology.
