What should be included in a comprehensive marine first aid kit?
#1
I'm reviewing and upgrading my marine first aid kits and realizing that the basic store-bought kits are pretty inadequate for actual boating emergencies. I want to build a comprehensive kit that's actually useful when you're miles from medical help.

What specific items do you include in your marine first aid kits that go beyond the basics? I'm thinking about things for marine-specific injuries - hook removals, marine stings, seasickness, hypothermia prevention, etc.

Also, how do you organize and protect your kits from moisture? And do you keep multiple kits in different locations on the boat?
