What mindfulness apps for beginners would you actually recommend?

There are so many mindfulness apps for beginners out there and I'm overwhelmed by the choices. I've downloaded a few but they all seem to want me to pay for subscriptions after the free trial, or they're too advanced for someone just starting out.

What mindfulness apps for beginners have you actually used and found helpful? I'm looking for something that's truly beginner-friendly, not too expensive, and actually teaches the basics well.

I'm especially interested in apps that focus on beginner mindfulness meditation and have good guided sessions for people who are completely new to this. Bonus points if they have specific sections for mindfulness for anxiety or mindfulness for better focus.
