I've tried so many expense tracking methods over the years. Spreadsheets, apps, pen and paper... they all work for a few weeks or months, then I fall off. What expense tracking methods have you found sustainable for the long haul? I need something that doesn't feel like a chore but still gives me useful insights into my spending. How detailed do I really need to be? Looking for practical expense tracking methods that help with cash flow management without becoming overwhelming.
