What Esports Tournament News sources track Valorant across fragmented circuits?
#1
I'm trying to follow the competitive Valorant scene more closely, but I'm finding it incredibly difficult to keep track of all the different regional leagues, last-chance qualifiers, and international events to understand the actual path to Champions. I missed a major tournament announcement last week because it wasn't prominently featured on the main client, and I only heard about it through a community tweet days later. For dedicated esports fans, what are your go-to sources for reliable and timely Esports Tournament News, especially for games with fragmented circuits? Do you use specific apps, dedicated subreddits, or follow certain organizers directly, and how do you filter out the rumor mill to get just the official schedules, formats, and results?

Anchor is Riot’s official Valorant Esports hub. I bookmark valorant.com/esports and the dedicated schedule/standings pages—they show the regional circuits, Masters, and Champions with dates, formats, and final results. Turn on notifications for the official Riot/esports accounts (X/Twitter and YouTube) so you see announcements as they drop. For the most accurate results, that’s your go-to.

Reddit helps, but it's easy to chase rumors. I follow r/VALORANTCompetitive and a few team subreddits, then cross-check every time against the official Riot page. The Valorant Esports Discord is also handy for quick updates and fan Qs. Just remember to treat the official site as the source of truth.

Liquipedia Valorant Esports page is my quick reference, since it consolidates regional circuits, event formats, and brackets in one place. For live numbers and viewership context, Esports Charts is useful. I keep both open alongside the Riot hub to get the full picture.

Filter rumors: if it isn’t on the official schedule, or confirmed by a Riot or organizer account, treat it as a rumor. Set up Google Alerts for terms like 'VALORANT Champions Tour schedule' and 'VCT Masters' to get official announcements. When in doubt, wait for the official results page.

Proposed routine: (a) weekly check-in on Monday for changes to the schedule; (b) midweek review of results/brackets; © watch VODs or streams for context; (d) Sunday recap or highlight article. Build a habit around one credible source and use a secondary source for context.

Quick ask: which regions and events are you most into? Do you care more about Champions, Masters, or regional circuits? If you tell me your time zone and preferred platform, I can assemble a personalized starter list of sources and a light-weight calendar.
