What eco bathroom changes have made the biggest impact?

The bathroom seems to generate so much waste with all the packaging and disposable products. What eco bathroom changes have you made that actually reduced waste and were worth the switch? I'm particularly interested in changes that don't sacrifice convenience or effectiveness.

Eco bathroom changes that made a big impact for me:

1. Bamboo toothbrush - compostable handle, just replace the head
2. Bar shampoo and conditioner - lasts 2-3 times longer than bottles
3. Safety razor - one-time purchase, just replace blades
4. Menstrual cup - life-changing if applicable, zero waste option
5. Reusable cotton rounds - washable, last for years
6. Bar soap instead of body wash - less plastic, often cheaper
7. Bamboo toilet paper - or who gives a crap brand
8. Refillable hand soap - buy concentrate, refill existing pump

The biggest impact was switching to bar products. I was going through so many plastic bottles before. Now my shower has just 3 bars: shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
