5. **Integration** - New approaches start working, confidence rebuilds.
6. **Contribution** - Sharing lessons with others, helping them avoid same mistakes.

The tricky part is that you don't move through these phases once. You cycle through them multiple times at different scales. A small setback might trigger a mini-version of the whole process.
