What does quantum superposition really mean for reality?
#1
The concept of quantum superposition really messes with my understanding of reality. If particles can be in multiple states at once until observed, what does that say about the nature of reality itself? Is there an objective reality independent of observation? I've been reading about different interpretations of quantum mechanics, and the whole quantum superposition reality question keeps coming up. How do physicists reconcile this with our everyday experience where things seem to have definite states?
