What does long-term compatibility actually look like in a growing relationship?

I’ve been seeing someone for a few months now, and things are good, but I keep wondering if we’re actually compatible long-term. We have fun together and the connection is easy, but our approaches to resolving disagreements are just so different—it feels like we speak different languages when we argue. I guess I’m just curious if anyone else has hit a point where you really like someone, but the way you handle conflict makes you pause.
