What do you do when you mispronounce Namor for years?

Okay, this is a weirdly specific thing that’s been bugging me. I just realized that for years, I’ve been unconsciously pronouncing “Namor” as “NAY-mor” in my head whenever I read a comic, but I recently heard someone say it correctly as “nuh-MOR” and my whole internal reading voice feels broken now. Has anyone else had a character’s name just living rent-free in your brain the wrong way for a long time?
