What design thinking feedback methods work best for creative problem solving?

In my design work, we use design thinking processes, but I feel our feedback sessions could be more aligned with these methodologies. What design thinking feedback approaches have you implemented? I'm looking for creative feedback techniques that specifically support the iterative nature of design and help with improving creative work through constructive art feedback at different stages of the process.
