What chemistry experiments can you do with eggs?

I've heard about chemistry experiments with eggs like the naked egg experiment where you dissolve the shell in vinegar. What other cool science experiments with household chemicals involve eggs? I'm looking for chemistry experiments without special equipment that are both educational and kind of gross in a fun way.

The naked egg experiment is classic chemistry experiments with eggs. Soak a raw egg in vinegar for 24-48 hours. The acetic acid dissolves the calcium carbonate shell, leaving the membrane intact. You get a bouncy, translucent egg. Then you can do osmosis experiments by soaking it in corn syrup (shrinks) or water (expands).

We did an egg in a bottle experiment that's really cool. Hard boil and peel an egg. Light a piece of paper, drop it in a milk bottle, then place the egg on top. As the fire uses oxygen, it creates lower pressure inside and the egg gets sucked in with a pop. Great demonstration of air pressure and gas laws.
