What can I do to close deals without making prospects feel forced?

I’ve been in sales for a few years now, and I keep hitting this weird wall where a prospect seems genuinely interested, we have a great conversation, but then they just stall when it’s time to decide. I’m starting to wonder if my whole approach to building urgency is actually working against me, making them feel pressured instead of motivated. Has anyone else felt like their own push for a close creates more hesitation?
