What are the best quick mindfulness practices for anxiety?

I struggle with anxiety and have heard that mindfulness can help, but when I'm actually feeling anxious, I can't seem to remember or do any of the longer practices. I need quick mindfulness practices that I can do in the moment when anxiety hits.

What are some effective grounding techniques mindfulness practices that work quickly? I'm talking 2-5 minutes max, something I can do at my desk at work or in a stressful situation.

I've tried breathing exercises but sometimes they make me more aware of my anxiety. Are there other mindfulness techniques for anxiety that focus on something besides breathing? Maybe something with physical sensations or visualization?
