Self-improvement communities that focus on progress not perfection
#1
I've been part of various self-improvement communities over the years, and I've noticed a pattern that concerns me. Many of them seem to promote this idea of constant optimization and perfection that ends up being counterproductive. It's like you're never doing enough, never good enough.

I'm looking for self-improvement communities that focus on progress rather than perfection. Places where small steps are celebrated, setbacks are normalized, and the journey matters as much as the destination.

The communities I've tried either become toxic with comparison and competition, or they're so vague and fluffy that there's no real substance or accountability.

What self-improvement communities have you found that actually help people grow in a healthy, sustainable way? I'm interested in communities that understand that improvement isn't linear and that sometimes maintaining is just as important as advancing.

Bonus points if they incorporate elements of mindfulness or self-compassion alongside the goal-setting.
