Seeking active Destiny 2 clan with weekly activities; what do leaders expect in tria

I'm a longtime Destiny 2 player looking for a new, active clan for the upcoming expansion. My previous clan has become mostly inactive, and I'm tired of using LFG for endgame raids and dungeons. I'm looking for a mature, organized group that schedules weekly activities, has a Discord server for communication, and values teamwork over pure skill. I'm a competent player who can hold my own in most content, but I'm not a speedrunner. For clan leaders or recruiters, what do you look for in a new member during a trial period? What are the typical activity expectations, and how do you handle conflicts or scheduling? If you're recruiting, please let me know your clan's primary focus and time zone.
