Requesting critique of three logo concepts for a local coffee roastery

I'm a junior designer working on a logo for a new local coffee roastery that wants to convey a sense of craft and community. I've developed three initial concepts, but I'm too close to the project and need a fresh perspective on which direction has the most potential. I'm particularly unsure about the scalability of the detailed icon in one concept and the typography pairing in another. Could I get a constructive logo design critique on the strengths and weaknesses of each approach before I present them to the client?
