I'm evaluating several enterprise-level platforms but feel overwhelmed by the feature comparisons around real-time co-editing, version history depth, and granular permission controls. For other small business owners or creative team leads, what specific cloud storage solution have you found most effective for managing large media files and client feedback loops? How did you weigh the importance of seamless integration with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud against overall storage cost and user management complexity when making your final decision?

We did a formal evaluation across Box, Dropbox, and Google Drive, weighing cost per TB, admin burden, and integration. Box won on governance and compliance: finer-grained permissions, auditing, and easier external access control, plus a strong workflow layer with reviewers. Real-time co-editing is more limited than Docs, but Box Notes and file comments work well for reviews; and the Adobe CC bridge is a real plus for designers.

Box Enterprise often hits that sweet spot for large media projects and tight governance; it plays nicely with Creative Cloud via Box's Adobe integration and has solid external-sharing controls.

We switched from consumer cloud storage to Dropbox Business for our design studio. Shared team folders, client-facing links with comments, and robust version history have kept feedback flowing smoothly. Adobe CC integration is decent—still keep a local archive for huge files, but it handles day-to-day assets well.
