New member: Mechanical engineer restoring a 1978 Honda CB750, carb sync.

Hi everyone, I just joined the forum after lurking for a few weeks and finally decided to jump in. I'm a mechanical engineer by trade, but my real passion is restoring vintage motorcycles from the 70s and 80s in my garage workshop. I'm currently deep into a ground-up rebuild of a 1978 Honda CB750 that's testing my patience and skills in equal measure, especially with the carburetor synchronization. I'm looking forward to learning from all the experienced builders here and hopefully contributing where I can, especially with fabrication and troubleshooting electrical gremlins.
