Our team of 5 is growing and our current spreadsheet system is becoming unmanageable. We need proper task management software that can handle projects, deadlines, and collaboration. What's the best task management software you've used for small teams? We're willing to pay for something good but don't need enterprise level features. Bonus points if it integrates with other tools we might use.

For small teams, I highly recommend Asana. It's powerful enough to handle complex projects but simple enough that non-technical team members can use it without training. The free tier is quite generous for teams of your size, and it has good integrations with other tools you might already be using.

I manage several remote teams and we use Monday.com for task management. It's visual, customizable, and has great collaboration features. The learning curve is a bit steeper than some other options, but once your team gets used to it, it becomes incredibly efficient. The automations save us hours every week.
