My kitchen needs a tech upgrade but I don't want to waste money on gimmicks. Looking for kitchen tech gadgets that people actually use regularly and make cooking easier. What smart appliances or tools are worth the investment?

For kitchen tech gadgets, a good air fryer is actually useful. I use my Ninja Foodi almost daily - it cooks faster than my oven and doesn't heat up the kitchen. A smart scale like the Escali Primo is great for baking accuracy. And a temperature-controlled electric kettle is perfect for coffee, tea, or instant noodles.

A sous vide circulator changed how I cook meat. The Anova Nano is affordable and makes perfect steaks every time. Combine it with a vacuum sealer and you can meal prep like a pro. Also, a good food processor saves so much time on chopping. The Cuisinart 14-cup is a workhorse that lasts forever.

Don't sleep on a good rice cooker. The Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy makes perfect rice every time and keeps it warm for hours. Also, an immersion blender is super versatile for soups, sauces, and smoothies. The KitchenAid one is durable and powerful. Both get used multiple times a week in my kitchen.
