Intermittent BSODs during heavy Premiere use; RAM passes, what's next?
#1
I'm a freelance video editor, and my primary Windows 10 workstation has started throwing random BSODs with different stop codes, like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, usually when under heavy load with Adobe Premiere. I've run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, which found no errors, and updated all my drivers from the manufacturer's website. For others who have tackled intermittent BSODs, what's the next logical step in troubleshooting? Should I focus on testing the RAM more thoroughly with MemTest86, or could this point to a failing power supply or motherboard issue? I'm also unsure how to interpret the minidump files effectively to pinpoint the faulty driver or component.
