How well do transit apps integrate different transportation options in your city?

Transit app integration seems to be the next frontier in making public transportation more user friendly. The ideal app would let you plan a journey using any combination of modes: buses, trains, bike sharing, maybe even ride hailing services.

But I'm curious how well this works in practice. Do the apps in your city actually provide good multi modal transportation planning? Can you see real time information for different modes in one place? And what about payment integration?

I've tried apps that are great for one mode but terrible for others. Or apps that show you theoretical connections but don't account for real world issues like transfer times or service disruptions.

I'm also interested in accessibility features in these apps. Do they consider the needs of people with disabilities when suggesting routes? That seems crucial for creating truly accessible transit systems.

What's your experience with transit app integration? Has it made getting around easier, or is it still more promise than reality?
