My younger sister is starting college next semester and asked for advice on creating a morning routine for students. She needs something that supports study focus while also addressing the stress and irregular schedules common in student life.

I'm thinking about combining morning planning techniques (reviewing daily schedule), with some form of movement, and proper nutrition through healthy breakfast habits. The challenge is making it flexible enough for varying class schedules while still being effective for morning routine for focus.

What elements would you include in an ideal morning routine for students? And how do you address the common student challenges like late nights or early classes?
