How long does it take to see real workout transformation results?

I've been consistent with my workouts for about 2 months now and I'm getting discouraged because I don't see much change. I know workout transformation results take time, but I'm starting to wonder if what I'm doing is even working.

I see all these before and after photos online where people have amazing transformations in 3 months, but that doesn't seem realistic to me. Or maybe I'm just doing something wrong?

For those of you who have actually gone through significant transformations, how long did it take before you started seeing noticeable changes? And I'm not talking about feeling better or having more energy - I mean actual visible changes in your body composition. What's a realistic timeline for workout transformation results when you're following a proven workout program consistently?
