How does decluttering your physical space actually help declutter your mind?
#1
I've been reading a lot about minimalism lately, and something that keeps coming up is this idea that decluttering your physical space can actually help declutter your mind. I'm curious about people's real experiences with this.

For those who have gone through a major decluttering process, did you notice any mental or emotional changes? I'm talking about things like reduced anxiety, better focus, less decision fatigue, or just generally feeling more at peace in your home.

I've always been a bit skeptical about these claims, but I'm starting to think there might be something to it. My own space is pretty cluttered, and I do feel like it affects my mood and productivity. But I'm wondering if the benefits are as dramatic as some people make them out to be.

What has your experience been? Did organizing your living spaces lead to noticeable improvements in your mental clarity or overall wellbeing?
