How do you practice mindfulness at work without seeming weird?

I work in a busy office environment and want to incorporate mindfulness at work, but I'm worried about looking strange or unprofessional. I've tried taking mindful breaks during the day but I feel self-conscious about just sitting there with my eyes closed.

What are some subtle ways to practice mindfulness at work that won't draw attention? I'm thinking about mindful breathing for stress during meetings or maybe some kind of discreet grounding exercise I can do at my desk.

Also, how do you handle interruptions when you're trying to be mindful? My phone is constantly buzzing and people are always stopping by my desk. It feels impossible to focus on present moment awareness with all the distractions.
