How do you measure home workout effectiveness?
#1
It's one thing to do home workouts regularly, but how do you know if they're actually effective? Without regular gym assessments or personal trainer feedback, it can be hard to measure progress.

What metrics do you use to track your home workout effectiveness? I'm thinking about things beyond just weight on the scale - like strength improvements, endurance gains, body measurements, or how you feel day to day.

Do you use any apps or tools to track your progress? And how often do you reassess your home workout plan to make sure it's still working for you?
