I've been working on automating some complex business processes using API workflow automation, and it's been challenging but rewarding. For example, we automated our customer onboarding process using a combination of Stripe API, SendGrid API, and our own internal APIs.

The key was breaking down the process into discrete steps that could be handled by different APIs, with error handling and retry logic between each step.
