I've mostly worked on consumer-facing apps but just landed a B2B project. What UI/UX design principles should I approach differently for enterprise software versus consumer applications?

I know some UI/UX design principles are universal, but I'm wondering about things like onboarding complexity, feature density, and user training expectations. What UI/UX design principles need adjustment when your users are professionals using the tool for work versus casual users?
