How do people personalize a type 2 diabetes plan beyond one-size-fits-all?
#1
I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and my doctor gave me a general type 2 diabetes management plan to follow. It covers diet, exercise, and medication, but it feels very one-size-fits-all. How do people personalize these plans over time? Is it mostly through trial and error with blood sugar monitoring, or are there specific signs you learn to watch for that tell you something needs to change?
