How do I view lab results online via my clinic portal (labsonline.com)?

I can't figure out how to - view lab results online || I had bloodwork done last week and the clinic said I could - view lab results online through their patient portal. I made an account but I can't find the results anywhere, just a message that says 'pending' or 'not available'. I called the office and they said it could take 7-10 days, but my friend got hers in 3 days from the same place. I'm just anxious to see my cholesterol numbers. Is this normal or should I call back?
