How do cPanel and Plesk compare for team access and security?

I'm helping a small non-profit migrate their website to a new hosting provider, and we have the option of choosing a server with cPanel or Plesk. I've only ever used cpanel vs plesk in the past for personal projects. For managing a site with a few team members who need different access levels, is one control panel noticeably better for user permissions and security, or are they pretty much the same for basic tasks?
