How can we keep online peer support mutual when the most active members burn out?
#1
I've been part of a few online peer support groups for years, but lately I've noticed a shift where the most active and helpful members are starting to burn out from the constant emotional labor. It feels like we're losing the glue that holds these communities together. How do we sustainably structure these spaces so the support is mutual and doesn't fall on the shoulders of just a few dedicated people?
