How can I turn big life questions into smaller journaling prompts?
#1
I found an old journal from my teenage years, and it got me thinking about writing more intentionally about my life now. I looked up some life story journaling prompts, but they feel almost too big and philosophical, like "What is your purpose?" I freeze up. Does anyone have a method for breaking those huge questions down into smaller, more concrete memories or observations that actually get you writing?
