How can i cope with stock volatility without letting it affect my mood?
#1
So I finally started putting real money into individual stocks this year after a decade of just index funds, and honestly, it’s messing with my head a bit. I bought a few shares of what I thought was a solid company on a dip, but now it’s just been slowly bleeding for weeks. I keep checking the price multiple times a day, which I never did with my ETF. How do you all mentally handle the volatility without letting it dictate your mood or make you second-guess every single decision?
