How can I cope with jittery - ADHD Medication (nisonco.com) from Adderall XR?

My new - ADHD Medication is making me feel really jittery || I just started a new - ADHD Medication (Adderall XR) and while it helps me focus, it makes me feel super jittery and anxious in the afternoons. My heart feels like it's racing and I have a hard time sitting still. I'm on a pretty low dose too. I tried taking it with food but it doesn't seem to help much. I have a follow-up with my doctor in two weeks but I'm not sure I can deal with this side effect until then.
